What is intuitive coaching, how does it work?

Typically, a person has a theme they'd like to dive into, such as relationships, and I use my intuition to guide us to what feels heaviest at that moment in time and allow it to unravel naturally.  

How is coaching different from therapy?

Therapy is focused around diagnosing and mental illness. Coaching can be many things; I naturally focus on creating more openness and ease within you. Am present focused, direct, use a holistic lense, and my intuitive gifts to help guide our sessions.

How long does the process last?

It's an individual process. Some folks will come with one specific thing in mind and feel the work is complete once it resolves. Others, may enjoy investing in personal growth and will come consistently for months, years, or take a break and come back when something else arises.

I'm interested, but how do I know if I "should" and what does it look like to get started?

I believe people will feel called to reach out when they are ready. If you're not sure you want to start services, that's okay. I offer a complimentary phone consultation to hear a little bit about you and answer questions you may have. I find these really help folks get an idea of how I operate, then we can mutually decided if we want to move forward. If for any reason it's not a good fit for you, or if the area you are seeking to grow is out of my skill set, or coaching is not an ideal set-up for what is needed, then we discuss other options/ referrals.

What are your fees and what is your cancellation policy?

50 minutes - $165

60 minutes - $180

Please note, I offer limited sliding scale on a short term basis. Please ask me about this if you would like to work with me and are in financial need. 

Cancellation Policy

An important note about working with me. I do have a firm cancellation policy. I wholeheartedly value my time and yours, and I believe in sacred reciprocity. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so as soon as possible and within 48 hours. After the 48 hours you will be charged the full appointment fee.
